our values About the Role

We are seeking creative and self-motivated talent to join our customer proposition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for product development, proposition and sales performance.Key Responsibilities:

Produce engaging written and visual content for various customer-facing channels for insurance education and product explanation purposes.Participate in market research, customer interviews and data analysis to understand consumers’/patients’ needs and perspectives, market trends, and competitor offerings.Monitor product performance and provide insights to the product team.Create product roadmaps that outline the development and launch of new product propositions.Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for new product propositions and target segments.Assist in the planning and execution of innovative marketing campaigns/projects, including events or online acquisition campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and engineering, to support the implementation of new and revamped product initiatives.Internship Duration:

Full-time: 3-6 monthsPart-time: 3+ days per week, 3-6 monthsAbout You

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/or related fields.Analytical mind with good business sense and research skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.Experienced in data analysis and reporting; coding skills will be an advantage.We Offer
