Global HR Job DescriptionJob Summary:As a Global HR, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the human resources function across multiple countries and regions on a global scale. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing the global HR strategy, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and execute a forward-looking global HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives and cultural values.Champion a global vision while fostering innovation and adaptability to emerging market trends.Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights on workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational growth.

Global HR Policies and Compliance:

Standardize HR policies, processes, and programs across regions while maintaining flexibility for local nuances.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employment practices across jurisdictions.Lead risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational integrity.

Talent Management:

Design and implement global talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion as core elements of the global HR strategy.

Operational Excellence:

Lead global HR projects, including HR technology implementations, process harmonization, and organizational transformation.Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.Optimize compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure global competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Cultural Alignment and Change Management:

Drive cultural alignment and employee engagement across diverse regions, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose.Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.Collaborate with leaders to shape a growth-oriented, resilient, and entrepreneurial organizational culture.

Qualifications:Experience:

Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role, managing HR functions across multiple countries and regions.Proven ability to navigate complex international HR landscapes and address challenges with innovative solutions.Experience in sourcing vendors and negotiating agreements with recruiters and agencies.

Skills and Competencies:

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Exceptional leadership and people management skills to inspire and mobilize global teams.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of global HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.Familiarity with emerging HR technologies and trends.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Professional HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP) are highly advantageous.
