Assistant Marketing Manager

to bring new ideas and energy to our culinary brand portfolio. If you are passionate about driving results through

impactful marketing strategies , this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the operation teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for the Group Food and Beverage Business UnitLead the marketing efforts for assigned brands, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectivesAssist to oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketingCreate and curate compelling content for social media accounts, ensuring engagement and growth of online communitiesDrive PR exposures for outlets and campaigns, including media partnerships, press releases, and influencer collaborationsMonitor campaign performance and conduct regular evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvementProvide support to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as requiredRequirements:Degree in Marketing, Communications, Language Studies, Hospitality, or a relevant discipline.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Food and Beverage marketing, with at least 1 year at a supervisory levelProven experience in driving PR exposures through media partnerships, press releases, and influencer collaborationsDemonstrated expertise in managing social media and digital marketing platformsStrong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesGood interpersonal skills, displaying a proactive, innovative, and open-minded approachStrong copywriting skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging marketing materialsHighly motivated team player with a sense of accountability, capable of working independentlyMiramar Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
