Responsibilities

Drive business growth in Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segmentsDevise strategy for customer acquisition and churn managementManage sales channels and touchpoints to drive business performanceDesign customer journey for increasing customer loyaltyDesign, plan and execute omni-channel marketing programsConduct data analysis on customer profile for segmentation marketingSupport team operations & handle ad hoc tasks as assignedJob Requirements

Requirements

Degree in Information System or equivalentStrong analytical skillsStrong data processing and ETL skills5 years of experience with reporting and data analysisWorking experience with SQL ServerTeam playerGreat interpersonal and communication skillsAssistant Marketing Manager (SME Retention team)

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline5 years of marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications / ICT industryCreative, self-motivated, good communication skills and attentive to detailsPossess good data analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlinesProficient in MS office applicationsGood command of written and spoken English and CantoneseAssistant Marketing Manager (Channel Marketing - Mobile Business)

Requirements

Degree holder with 5 years' or above working experience in sales & marketingExperience in ICT, Banking or Insurance is preferableStrong interest in technology and enjoy a fast paced and dynamic environmentStrong sense of figures and ownership to drive sales resultHighly proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multi-tasksProficiency in MS Office applications in particular PowerPoint and Excel
