Dedicated resource to provide IT support for all VIP users of customer in Head office.Support all kinds of incidents reported by VIP staff of customer until issue resolved.Fulfill all kinds of IT service requests raised by VIP staff of customer.Preparation, rehearsal and standby for meeting support raised by VIP staff of customer.Provide IT support service for any location requested by VIP staff of customer, e.g. outside of the office.Provide IT support service at the time requested by VIP staff of customer, e.g. after office hour and bank holiday.Job Requirements:Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.At least 4 years working experience in I.T related field and have solid VIP support experience.Knowledge in PC/Mobile/Tablet/iPad support.Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Apple OSX, Android and iOS based applications.Solid experience in providing IT deskside support is preferable.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage/preferred.Able to work independently.Able to work overtime when necessary.Shift allowance will be provided when required to shift duty.Application Process:Interested parties, please send your detailed resume with current and expected salary to our Human Resources Department by email to
