As per this quality role, you will be responsible for analysing non-conformities, implementing corrective actions, and organizing tests to secure and enable the industrialization of collections in compliance with quality standards for Shoes & Accessories. You will also participate in projects for the continuous improvement of materials and products, and their maintenance to optimize their durability. In this capacity, you will know how to intervene on both textiles and footwear.In this position, you will work together with different departments and external parties (Collection, Product Developer, HQ Quality, Sourcing, Marketing, Supply Chain, 3rd Party & Vendor) and you will travel to factories to control production frequently.In line with the CSR values of the brand, you accomplish your mission by following the strategic axes defined by the company.YOUR MAIN MISSIONSCollaborate with Product Developer in HK & HQs Quality in France.Draft standards and continuous improvement plans.Undertake and own product risk assessments to HQ & market.Advise on correct warnings and symbols for product packaging, instruction manuals, and rating labels to ensure product compliance and safety.Write advanced processes to ensure SOPs and guides reflect current practice.Ensure customer/supplier complaints and enquiries are effectively handled. Work proactively with suppliers and the product development team to reduce return rates.Establish shoe-wearing tests in Asia with a group of people in the AAL office to speed up the fitting process.Arrange testing, review results, and conduct root cause analysis and CAP with vendors.Approve Conformity Samples and arrange PP Meetings with vendors to ensure smooth production.Collect and dispatch inspection documents to share with 3P on time.Arrange INLINE & TOP sample checks.Review final inspection reports and provide comments to vendors when failures occur, and control CAP before reinspection.This description takes into account the main responsibilities; it is not restrictive.
