Quality Assurance Manager (Ref: CC/ERM/QAM)

Hong Kong SARResponsibilities:Lead the QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of the software productsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designersImplement and refine testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality standardsDevelop and oversee the execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specificationsDocument, track, and prioritize defects, issues, and enhancement requests using a bug tracking system, ensuring timely resolutionVerify fixes and ensure that identified issues have been resolved satisfactorily, maintaining high standards of quality assuranceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field5+ years of experience in software quality assuranceStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices, with the ability to mentor and guide team membersExperience in leading QA teams and managing testing projects with Agile methodologiesProficient in creating and overseeing the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverageFamiliarity with web and mobile application testing, ensuring quality standards across different platformsExcellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and MandarinAs a caring company, staff development is one of our top priorities.
