Your Mission
At UiPath, a global leader in AI Powered Enterprise Automation, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Solutions Engineer with extensive experience selling Enterprise technologies to enterprise customers to join our team. As a Principal Solutions Engineer at UiPath, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic domain knowledge, technical expertise, architectural leadership, and sales support for the design and integration UiPath AI-powered solutions in customer environments. Join us in transforming the way businesses operate with automation and innovation.You will focus on partnering with the Sales Managers to generate revenue with technical ownership of the opportunity pursuits throughout the sales process. You’ll be responsible for presenting and demonstrating our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships and handling technical objections and issues throughout the entire sales cycle with key technical & business decision makers.
What you'll do at UiPath
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for positioning UiPath automation solutions.Stay aligned with industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations on how UiPath solutions can address the challenges and opportunities relevant to the financial services sector.Provide architectural guidance and lead the creation of solution blueprints/POVs/technical strategies on how to position UiPath solutions within an enterprise solution stack and how it integrates with key ERP platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, etc.Support sales teams in pre-sales activities by delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to showcase the benefits and capabilities of UiPath.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of SAP and UiPath solutions.Address client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture pre and post sales process.Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on-site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct workshops, business reviews, offer coaching, and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap internally.Continually identify and develop new uses for UiPath that drive adoption and align to customers’ business needs and strategic goals.Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.Coach customers to be product experts and enable their teams on UiPath best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient.Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.Participate in industry conferences, events, and user groups to network and share knowledge with peers and stay current with industry best practices.Also, as an employee of UiPath you are required to always comply with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath.
What you'll bring to the team
You possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.You bring a curious and listening mindset and are adept in discovery.Some solutions consulting experience would be a plus.Extensive relevant experience - 8+ years in solutions architecture, design, and implementation, with a solid understanding of UiPath or other automation platforms.You bring practitioner-level knowledge of cloud and information security elements in dealing with automation with and around data flows in customer environments which tend to be more regulated.Given the strategic alliance with SAP, ideally you also bring experience in understanding the SAP stack, SAP business transformation platform, and the move to cloud.Be across the emerging areas of AI at work as it relates to productivity gains in customer environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
