Key Responsibilities: Retail Account Management: Develop and manage retail accounts, ensuring consistent product availability and collecting monthly sales updates. Managing and Training Tasters/Samplers: Develop comprehensive training materials for tasters/samplers. Schedule tasters/samplers for each store, ensuring optimal coverage. Implement a system to evaluate the performance of tasters/samplers, ensuring quality interactions. Reporting of Performance: Develop a comprehensive system to assess the performance of each retail outlet, including analyzing best performing hours, months, and outlets. Support assessments with sampling data and create a detailed monthly report. Compile monthly reports highlighting the best performing samplers and develop a reward system to recognize and encourage excellence. Events: Ensure that all marketing materials and necessary stock are readily available at each tasting event. Assist in organizing and coordinating tasters to ensure effective participation at events. Qualifications: Proven expertise in performance analytics, preferably in retail or marketing. Desirable prior experience in event management or coordination.
