The ideal candidate will monitor market insights, analyze customer trading patterns, and manage risk exposures while ensuring regulatory compliance. growth mindset , we invite you to join us in shaping the future of digital financeWhat Would Be Your Responsibilities:Maintain the company's trading products and make continuous adjustments and optimizations;Monitor and analyze customers' trading activities and manage risk exposure;Monitor and handle risk events in financial markets and corporate transactions;Participate in the development of relevant tools for trading and analysis;Create relevant documents and manage internal procedures to meet regulatory requirements;Manage internal teams and work collaboratively;Establish good cooperative relationships with liquidity providers and other partners;What We Require From You:3 years+ of relevant experience in foreign exchange, futures and other financial transactions;Bachelor's degree or above in finance or computer or other related fields;Have experience in using MT4 backend or other trading platforms;Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Python and other tools;Good learning ability and sense of responsibility;Fluent in English and Mandarin;Mitrade is at the cutting edge of FinTech with a team that excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
