Assist in preparing test plans, user guides, training, and operation manuals related to hardware and software products. Participate in the implementation of IT infrastructure related projects. Assist in designing the server and network infrastructure ensuring sustainability and scalability. Assist in preparing and supporting the IT infrastructure set-up for BCP drill test. Assist in the compilation and update of policies and procedures related to IT infrastructure. Ensure the performance and reliability of the systems and network for the Company. Liaise with IT vendors, service providers in regular maintenance, software and hardware upgrade, trouble-shooting, and price negotiation. Prepare and participate in end user training. Maintain and monitor the business applications systems and servers to ensure smooth operation. Monitor and plan for systems network resources. Responsible for enforcing baseline established for operation systems. Monitor and control the necessary settings on the systems network. Monitor the personnel to access the Computer Room for necessary operation. Review the office systems and website usage in the Company. Provide up-to-date progress report to the supervisor and communicate with other team members to keep abreast of the work progress. Strictly adhere to the Company policies, procedures, and ethical requirements, ensuring the operation of daily activities are ethically and legally complied. Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or tasks. Job Requirements: Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.4 years Information Technology experience in Banking/Finance and/or Accounting industry with solid exposure in system operations and networking support. Solid experience in software operating in Wintel platforms, Anti-Virus, Endpoint encryption, DLP, and messaging. Practical systems operations and user support experience based on ITIL or best practices. Proficient with leveraging Service Desk ticketing systems and remote control tools. Proficiency in network configuration set-up and support, especially Microsoft environment. Up-to-date knowledge in Internet technology and information security. Good interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage).#J-18808-Ljbffr
