Data Analyst

to help establish and standardize data processes across the company and its business lines. If you're passionate about solving complex problems, leveraging data to influence decisions, and being part of a team that drives real business growth, this is the role for you.Why Join Us Now?Early-Stage Impact: Be part of the foundational team building the company's data infrastructure and warehouse.Dynamic Growth Opportunities: Work alongside our expanding business to explore and develop strategies in new markets and countries.Influence and Ownership: Use data insights to shape growth strategies, drive decision-making, and have a direct impact on business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesData Standardization and Framework Development:Establish and enforce company-wide and business-line-specific data standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data practices with business needs.Data Infrastructure And Pipeline Management:Design and build scalable ETL pipelines and data warehouses using tools like MySQL, Google Cloud, and AWS.Maintain data integrity and ensure seamless data accessibility for analytics.Data Analysis And Insights Generation:Conduct product, growth, and operational analytics to uncover trends, inform strategy, and optimize performance.Partner with teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.Data Visualization And Reporting:Create dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.Ensure stakeholders have actionable insights to drive business decisions.Market Expansion Analytics:Support business expansion into new markets by analyzing data to inform strategy and identify opportunities.ExperienceIdeal Candidate Profile:5+ years' experience in Business / Data Analyst positions within an internet or tech company (open to 3+ years' from crypto background).Proven experience in product analytics, growth analytics, operations analytics, or data product development.Technical Skills:Proficient in data warehouse architecture and ETL pipelines.Hands-on experience with tools like MySQL, Google Cloud, AWS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Excellent communication skills to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences.Language:Fluent in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively across teams and markets.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in the financial services industry.Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.Experience with statistical analysis software such as R or Python.Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a commitment to accuracy.Seniority level
