Job Requirements: Work Experience: 3-8 years of relevant field research experience, having served as a researcher in sell-side or buy-side institutions with a solid foundation in industry research and investment analysis. Experience in Hong Kong and U. S. stock markets is preferred, and exposure to A-share companies is desirable. A strong interest in researching IPOs or new companies in Hong Kong and U. S. markets is essential. Industry Background: Research experience in consumer, technology, and healthcare sectors, with familiarity in industry trends, business models, and investment logic. Market Coverage: Exposure to Hong Kong, U. S., and A-share markets, with the ability to conduct independent cross-market research and analysis. Interest and Passion: A passion for the secondary market, with keen market insight and a commitment to continuous learning. Skill Requirements: Solid financial analysis, data processing, and report writing skills. Proficiency in financial tools such as Bloomberg and Wind is preferred. Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a high sense of responsibility. Job Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on investment opportunities in consumer, technology, and healthcare sectors, producing high-quality research reports. Monitor developments in Hong Kong, U. S., and A-share markets to identify potential investment targets. Assist the investment team in decision-making by providing data support and analytical advice. Participate in the management and optimization of the company's investment portfolio, assisting in risk control and asset allocation. Maintain close communication with internal and external partners to gather market information and industry insights.
