Senior Customer Service Representative (Regional Corporate Clients/PMO)

1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from Links InternationalSummary:Our client is an international enterprise headquartered in HK, with strong partnership with world’s top-tier luxury brands and supplying the airlines and travel industries.In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with sales and product development team, provide professional client serving experience for those premium airline accounts.Diversified, western and dynamic workplace, with flexibility working hours policy.13 months guaranteed plus bonus; 15AL to start; life and medical coverage.Main Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional corporate customer service by following established processes to ensure a high level of Customer Excellence for our international clientele.Collaborate closely with the Sales Team, coordinating projects with the Procurement and Product Development departments to ensure seamless execution.Strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, and preparing tender submissions, samples, presentations, calculations, and quotations.Develop and manage project plans proactively, providing regular updates to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Manager.Process sales orders, monitor new orders, and track forecasts and deliveries to ensure project completion.Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely processing.Address customer complaints effectively, working to resolve issues within expected timeframes while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related disciplines.3-6 years’ work experience in

account management ,

sales support

or

merchandising

for international trading organizations.Confident, out-going personality with a strong team-player spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.Comfortable to work in a fast-paced work environment, well-structured and organized, effective time management skills.Willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility.Detail-oriented, a solution-driven thinker with good interpersonal communication skills.Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST.Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint.Interested candidates, please share your CV to gloria.ho@linksinternational.com or call at 9738 6625 for a further discussion.Seniority level
