CIC is looking for a highly talented individual to fill the opening of Construction Sector Imported Labour Quarters (The Quarters). The incumbent will be on shift duty to maintain effective operation of the Quarters.To support the Head of Quarters Operations and Management / Operations Manager in coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the Quarters, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all facilities and services.To conduct regular and spot checks to ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards, as well as good maintenance of the equipment, landscape, facilities, etc.; and to monitor service levels provided by contractors and external service providers.To assist in traffic control, crowd management, inventory management, implementation of quarters management system, and other security-related systems for the Quarters.To handle residents’ inquiries and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with them.To maintain accurate records (both physical/digital) and documentation, prepare reports, summaries, and provide regular updates to the management.To carry out any other duties, including but not limited to ad hoc tasks/assignments, as assigned by the Chairman / CEO / Head of Quarters Operations and Management / Operations Manager of the CIC’s subsidiary from time to time.Applications
