Logistics Coordinator

to join our dynamic Operations team In this role, you will oversee and coordinate daily order activities, manage shipping documents, track inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. If you have at least 1 year of experience in logistics, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Excel is essential, and knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Oversee and coordinate daily orders activities;Responsible for shipping documents including packing list, invoices, or other related documents if needed;Follow up on stock movement & inventory management;Work proactively with other parts of the Operations team, Production team, and Procurement team for smooth operations;Prepare departmental reports and handle administrative duties, such as filing;Assist supervisor in preparing reports and sales analysis;Verify supplier invoices, freight invoices, and warehouse invoices for supervisor's payment approval;Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team head.Requirements:

Post-secondary or above in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage;1-year work experience in logistics, exposure in customer service is preferred;Possess good interpersonal skills, with a team player spirit;Detail-mindedness with great attention to detail and ability to independently complete deliverables;Excited to cope with uncertainties and challenges;Enjoy working under a lean team with high flexibility;Basic knowledge of ERP is an advantage;Excellent command in Cantonese, good in spoken and written English;Knowledge of PC / Excel / Google Sheet;Chinese and English typing.Benefits:
