Some of the key metrics and KPIs that you may be responsible for include:Savings:

This KPI measures the cost savings achieved through effective category management practices. Procurement Category Leads are responsible for setting savings targets, tracking progress against those targets, and identifying new opportunities for savings.Supplier Performance:

This metric measures the performance of suppliers in terms of delivery, quality, and service level agreements. Procurement Category Leads are responsible for monitoring supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.Contract Compliance:

This metric measures the degree to which suppliers comply with the terms and conditions of the contract. Procurement Category Leads are responsible for monitoring contract compliance and taking corrective actions to ensure compliance.Category Spend:

This KPI measures the total spend for the category. Procurement Category Leads are responsible for tracking category spend and ensuring that spend is aligned with organizational goals.Total Cost of Ownership:
