Overall responsible for the finance department covering the accounting and management reporting, company secretarial and legal matters, functions and responsibilities.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESHandle monthly closing of companies for reporting to HQ including, month-end closing, accounts consolidation, quarterly reporting.Liaise with HQ in Geneva and follow the instructions and direction of the Group Accounting Policy and implementation of system and processes as required.Oversee cash flow forecast and monthly financial analysis schedules, quarterly reporting package & analytical review.Liaise with internal and external parties in handling daily disbursement of company funds, inter-company transaction records, reconciliations and settlement.Ensure the accuracy of regulatory reporting and the compliance of relevant rules and regulations under the local and group requirements.Monitor banking facility, payment solutions such as Credit card, Alipay & Wechat pay as well as boutique cash delivery service.In charge of annual audit and issue of company audit report.Process improvements and review internal control procedures as appropriate. Responsible for dealing with internal auditor.Arrange quarterly and annual stock, cash & fixed assets count.Ensure completeness of boutique discount and stock write-off approval.Supervise and manage the HK finance team. Represent the Finance Director in his absence.Management ReportingReview and prepare management and other ad hoc reporting as required by the departments and management of the company.Prepare annual budget, rolling forecasts and latest estimates, analyses and explain major variance between actual and budget for HK and Macau, Taiwan and Korea. Monitor and drive the results as per the budget.Liaise, discuss and follow up with headquarter and internal departments for monthly financial and management reporting, budget variance and other management reporting related matters.Provide management and financial information and make pro-active recommendations to help to drive Company’s business.Monitor and deliver the financial and budgetary requirements of the Company.Design and devise the best practice for financial planning, analysis, budgeting and reporting.Prepare boutique feasibility study and recommendation.Assist Taiwan and Korea in terms of sell in, sell out and inventory reports for Sales Director.Tax, Company Secretary, Legal and OthersProfits Tax & IR56M (Remunerations paid to persons other than employee) filing.Handle company secretarial functions including but not limited to the drafting of company minutes, resolutions, company registry filing & other company secretary matters.Review of legal documents such as lease agreements, supplier or vendor agreements, as to protecting the company’s best interest.Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSDegree holder in Accounting/Finance with professional qualification such as HKICPA/ACCA/AICPA/ACA.At least 10 years’ commercial financial accounting experience in retail industry with minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in MNC.Experience in management reporting, budgeting process and controls.Big-4 experience will be an advantage.Exposure in handling accounting issues in China, Taiwan and Macau will be a plus.Technical and up to date with accounting standards and its implementation.Hands on experience in ERP System, preferably Oracle.Strong MS Office skills, savvy in Excel and PowerPoint.Language: Excellent in both written and spoken English and Putonghua.Excellent presentation, organizational and management skills.Hands on with all tasks, strong analytical mind with business acumen, detailed oriented and multi-tasking.Forward looking, approachable with an open mind.Good inter-personal and communication skills.Organized, mature, self-initiative and can work under pressure.Candidates with less management experience will be considered as Senior Finance Manager.Seniority level
