Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of 60K-80K X 13, ensuring that you earn a decent living while working with us. Additionally, you will be entitled to an annual performance bonus, medical insurance, and 13 months' salary guarantee. This package makes us one of the most attractive employers in the industry.
The Job
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounting professional who wants to take on new challenges. As our Financial Controller, you will oversee all finance and accounting activities for our Hong Kong office, China factory, and Vietnam factory. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing accounting teams: You will lead our accounting teams in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam, ensuring they meet deadlines for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities and reports.
- Preparing financial reports: You will prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to management, local tax offices, auditors, and bankers.
- Coordinating department heads: You will work closely with department heads to develop and implement accounting systems and practices for our Group.
- Tax handling: You will handle all matters related to tax, including annual audit, tax office queries, and represent the company in tax-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent: In Accounting or Finance with professional accounting qualifications.
- 10+ years experience: In accounting and finance, with solid manufacturing exposure.
- Languages: Proficient in Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
- Industry knowledge: Experience in garment/textiles/toys/handbag manufacturers is a plus.
