Associate Manager, Brand Communications (HK) Hong Kong Marketing Full Time Description ZALORA is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Manager to enhance our Brand Communications team in Hong Kong. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for fashion and a proven track record in public relations and social media management. The Associate Manager will drive innovative PR and Social Media campaigns, focusing on creative content development, influencer partnerships, and brand engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSocial Media Management Strategically grow and elevate ZALORA's social media presence across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Red Note, Threads, Pinterest, and You Tube. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance engagement and visibility on these platforms. Create and design high-quality assets, including GIFs, photography, and graphics tailored for multiple social media channels. Analyze social media metrics to derive insights and inform content strategies for continuous improvement. Craft compelling copy and manage the scheduling of posts to optimize audience engagement. Oversee community management by responding to comments and inquiries on ZALORA's social media accounts. Collaborate with external vendors, such as agencies, photographers, studios, and makeup artists, as needed. Public Relations Lead the maintenance and expansion of the ZALORA ambassador program, building strong relationships with brand advocates. Explore the influencer and celebrity landscape of the market and stay abreast on current trends. Engage with and facilitate projects or campaigns that require influencers and celebrities for amplification. Write and translate press releases for the local market, as well as develop relationships with local press and media platforms. Coordinate product loans and partnerships with key industry players, driving ZALORA's assortment to be top of mind with stakeholders. Drive the ideation, execution, and reporting of end-to-end campaigns for ZAP and internal initiatives. Assist in the planning and execution of offline activations and events in collaboration with senior leadership. REQUIREMENTS3+ years of experience in Public Relations and Social Media in the Hong Kong market. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling. Strong aesthetic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is a plus. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social) to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Proven ability to handle public relations crises effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure. Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through on projects. Undergraduates pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
