Brand Manager

- with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to:

Commercial DirectorLead brand strategy development:

Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive brand strategies.Market analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform brand decisions.Cross-functional leadership:

Collaborate with various departments to ensure brand alignment and consistency.Budget management:

Develop and manage larger marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.Performance tracking:

Monitor and report on the performance of brand initiatives, making data-driven adjustments.Team leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.Stakeholder communication:

Maintain strong communication with senior management and other stakeholders.Minimum Requirements:5+ years in brand management in the FMCG or food industry2+ years supervisory or managerial level is preferableSound experience in working closely with FMCG channelsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.
