This includes Government and Semi-Government Departments, Higher Education institutions, NGOs, and Healthcare organizations. The successful candidate will be adept at identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, leveraging Master Concept’s expertise in cloud solutions, application, security, and managed services. Key Responsibilities: Achieve assigned sales targets within the public sector. Develop a deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges faced by public sector organizations. Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the public sector. Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Oversee the tender process, ensuring timely submission of winning bids. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities within the public sector. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in any Public Sector, Education, Healthcare, or Government Accounts. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Ability to quickly learn and understand IT solutions and software development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience handling tenders is an advantage. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in IT/ Business Administration or a related field. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. What You'll Do Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets. Develop a deep understanding of Master Concept’s cloud solutions and services, along with the specific needs and challenges faced by the public sector. Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up, with a particular focus on cloud and enterprise solutions such as Multi-Cloud, Zero Trust Security, Dev Ops, and Gen AI. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within government agencies and public sector organizations. Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Oversee the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing insights on customer preferences and market demands.
