The Technical and Compliance Lead is responsible for the technical support and products compliance knowledge, as well as ensuring adherence to domestic and international regulations for product selling in our different markets. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's compliance culture.Responsibilities

Product & Packaging ComplianceDirect the product compliance testing requirements from the early project stage, providing comprehensive certification requests for key stakeholders as projects move forward.Lead packaging design and artwork contents to comply with regulatory requirements.Resolve any compliance inquiries or issues from different channels or internal cross-functional teams.Project/ Product Risk AssessmentLead project risk assessment from the beginning of projects. Build comprehensive reports and carry out assessments with project stakeholders to de-risk projects.Local Regulatory RequirementsStay abreast of industry regulations, updating policies and practices to ensure continued compliance.Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and maintain a proactive relationship with key stakeholders.Report to line manager and prepare action plans should some regulation changes foreseeably impact the business.Sustainability & Environmental ComplianceDevelop and execute plans to meet packaging and recycling compliance regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement environmentally friendly processes and ensure compliance with sustainability commitments.Act as the lead on sustainability projects.Reporting & Technical Document MaintenanceMaintain detailed records of compliance activities, audits, and regulatory communications.Prepare comprehensive reports for the executive team, summarizing compliance status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.Ensure timely submission of all compliance-related filings and documentation.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product development, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to integrate compliance requirements seamlessly into the production lifecycle.Partner with legal, quality assurance, and external experts to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.Ensure seamless communication between departments to align compliance efforts.About you

Degree in Compliance, Engineering, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a compliance role within a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in the baby products or consumer goods sector. Laboratory experience is a plus.Extensive understanding of domestic and international regulatory standards relevant to consumer products, including safety and environmental regulations. Comprehensive understanding of global safety standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, EN, GB, CPSC, FDA, e-filing, GPSR, EU MDR, EPR and related standards).Proficiency in compliance management software and reporting tools.Our benefits
