ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store-in-charge to oversee the daily operations of the store.Perform individual sales targets as well as monitor and motivate the team to achieve the store target.Assist in evaluating, training, and coaching the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals.Maximize opportunities to recruit new customers and maintain long-term customer relationships.Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge.Maintain a high standard of store presentation and stock management.Perform other duties as required.RequirementsMinimum 6 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years at management level; preferably in the luxury retail industry.Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management, and training experience.Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.Customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in computer literacy and excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.Remuneration PackageWe offer an attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits to the right candidate, such as:Double PayIndividual & Pooling CommissionStaff Discount7 days full paid Marriage Leave10 days full paid Paternity Leave5 days full paid Bereavement Leave14 days Annual Leave8 days off per monthPublic HolidayMedical InsuranceExternal Training SubsidyWe offer an attractive remuneration package, on-the-job training, and career advancement opportunities to the right candidate.
