As a Floor Supervisor, we rely on you to:

Maintain the standard of cleanliness in the guestroom and surrounding areas in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the Hotel.Communicate with Room Attendants for all concerned items as requested by the guests.Provide chemical training for Room Attendants.Provide for guest supply control.We are looking for someone who has:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Housekeeping Department, preferably in an international Hotel with similar capacity.Motivated, quality driven, customer and business results oriented.Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese; fluent spoken Putonghua would be an advantage.All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.
