To pre-process, check, and process trade transactions of specific countries efficiently and accurately.To fully observe the laid down procedures and service standards when completing the transactions.To handle customer inquiries and instructions.Overall Responsibilities:

Processing transactions in Trade Port prescribed products accurately and efficiently in accordance with customer instructions and the bank's operational instructions to protect both the customers' and Bank’s interests.Pre-process trade transactions according to the laid down procedures and standards of service.Understand fully the Service Level Agreement (SLA) offered to customers signed between the Country Processing Centre (CPC) and Global Business Services (GBS), giving full support to achieving it.Build good relationships with all internal customers, i.e., good teamwork within the country team/unit.Make efforts to continue improving personal product knowledge, to acquire multi-product processing skills.Make efforts to improve personal productivity and output level to achieve established standards.Help train junior staff on technical and operational skills.Understand the risks associated with Products Processing and ensure that they are minimized.Understand the Bank's operational risk standards underlying operating processes and follow them carefully.Maintain good customer relationships by responding promptly, accurately, and courteously to inquiries or requests for advice related to new or outstanding transactions.Strictly comply with:

Bank policies and proceduresOperational procedures/guidelinesAnti-Money Laundering and Sanctions procedures, particularly reporting any suspicious activity as per current guidelines.Key Relationships:

Assess the effectiveness of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight, and controls in the business, and oversee changes in these areas.Regulatory & Business Conduct

Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct.Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles.Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.Key Stakeholders

Manage responsibilities associated with stakeholders e.g., regulators, other bank teams.Qualification

Comprehensive knowledge of trade documentation and shipping products.All-around banking knowledge with understanding of credit control principles.Wide-ranging powers of judgment required to protect both customers’ and Bank’s interests.Soft Skills

Sound PC/MS Office skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Other Preference
