Position SummaryThe role is responsible for driving sales in contract logistics by developing customer relationships, bidding on projects, and adapting to market demands while collaborating with internal teams to optimize products and secure contracts.Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for contract logistics customer development and project bidding, complete the sales performance target.Highly sensitive to the demand of contract logistics market, grasp the potential factors affecting the market, and reserve intentional cooperation projects in advance.Collect and analyze target customers in the industry to research to identify potential business opportunities.Develop and build relationships among target customers, strive for opportunities with key decision makers, and propose solutions.As the customer's business demand changes, put forward development suggestions on the company's existing products, continue to optimize company products.Guide customers to identify future challenges, dig deep into the potential needs and expand profit margin.Cooperate with the internal functional departments to promote the sales process. Responsible for customer contract negotiation, signing and completion of the overall solution design.Complete other work assigned by the superior.Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceBachelor or above, preferably in logistics & supply chain managementMore than 10 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, familiar with 3PL operation mode Highly result oriented with an ambition to exceed sales targetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and networking capabilitiesGood analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skillsPresentable & flexible and with strong multi-tasking skillsGood command of verbal and written Chinese and EnglishEEO StatementDP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
