Manage a 7x24 shift duty team to ensure smooth data center operations and procedures. Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the organization's mission-critical systems, including monitoring and analyzing system performance metrics and implementing improvement plans as needed. Ensure effective and efficient management of day-to-day data center operations including queue management, incident and change management, 7/24 shift arrangement, and hardware logistics. Ensure all operational KPIs and metrics are being measured and met. Establish, develop, and implement policies and procedures related to data center operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Job Requirements Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.15+ years of relevant experience, preferably with sizeable Data Centre operation and management experience. Experience in banking/financial sectors with knowledge of HKMA regulations. Liaise with property management, facilities, operations, and engineering teams. Strong knowledge of Data Centre facilities, such as UPS, Cooling, and Power supply. Good project management and vendor/contractor management skills for new projects, facilities replacement, and upgrading.
