Direct message the job poster from APM Monaco Strategic Business Partnering | TA | C&B | Employee Engagement | APAC & North America About the Role The Head of Retail, APAC oversees all retail sales and operations in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. This role collaborates cross-functionally to shape and lead a pillar of the retail business. Key responsibilities include executing people development through coaching and training, including the development of Area Managers in respective markets. The role drives the implementation of business strategies, processes, and initiatives to maintain consistent performance across APM Monaco stores. Additionally, the Head of Retail, APAC leverages key metrics to monitor progress towards financial and business objectives and creates and executes retail growth strategies. This role reports to the Global Head of Retail and directly oversees the management of four Area Managers. Key Accountabilities: Develop and lead a holistic retail strategy for the region to drive sales and profitability while continuously assessing APM Monaco's footprint to capitalize on market growth opportunities. Monitor financial objectives, performance and implement strategies to improve profitability, manage costs, and maximize revenue. Optimize the sales process and ensure operational excellence across all retail stores. Assess key business risks and develop contingency plans. Champion a customer obsessed culture, ensuring the best-in-class customer experience across all stores while enhancing the in-store environment to reflect APM Monaco and the brand values. Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear objectives and targets, measuring outcomes, and providing ongoing coaching to the market leaders.
