Marketing Manager, Personal Banking, AMH WPB Marketing.Principal ResponsibilitiesDevelop effective programme strategies and mechanics to drive retail products (card/loans/deposit) growth for different customer groups/segments via different channels.Independently manage and ensure smooth programme implementation.Drive digital acquisition for card.Conduct market/portfolio analysis and segmentation study for acquisition and growth programme.Conduct programme evaluation to facilitate learning and continuous improvements.Manage budget and track expenses in accordance with the department's guidelines.Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives.Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values.
