From welcoming new colleagues to best-in-class leadership development programmes, employee potentials will be identified and nurtured throughout their career with the Group.We are looking for a Club Concierge based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong KongAs a Club Concierge, we rely on you to:Provide personalised guest services, secretarial, concierge services and food & beverage servicesPerform check-ins and check-outsBe responsible for mail and information and airlines reservations / confirmationsSupervise and assist in the training of Club AmbassadorsWe are looking for someone who has:Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in the Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline operationsSelf-motivated and well-organisedAble to work independentlyExcellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and PutonghuaAll information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.
