We are looking for a Concierge Host based at Island Shangri-La, Hong KongAs a Concierge Host, we rely on you to: Provide updated and relevant information for guests, including local areas, city tours, restaurant reservations and airline reservations/confirmation. Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the hotel. Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Assist guests with luggage, ensuring timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage. Ensure proper records are maintained for all guests’ deliveries. Arrange transportation for guests upon request. We are looking for someone who has: A customer-centric mindset and a sense of responsibility as a team player. Outgoing, courteous with a pleasant personality. Willing to work on shift. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
