  • Provide technical support for customer projects on various systems, including VMware, Windows, SAN, and AIX
  • Troubleshoot issues with system components, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and configuration problems
  • Recommend ways to improve system performance to the IT project lead
  • Assist with the implementation of IT projects
  • Maintain operation and support procedures, as well as server and IT asset inventory
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, which may include on-site work at a data center or customer premisesskills & experiences required.
    • At least 5 years' working experince in network design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical analysis
    • Extensive expertise in VMware, Windows, SAN storage solutions (including IBM FlashSystem and HPE), and AIX
    • Strongly preferred knowledge of network engineering and Linux administration
    • Preferred professional certifications such as VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Professional, or IBM AIX certification
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in multitasking and planning
    • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and schedules
