  • Coordinating board and management meetings: Schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and document minutes accurately.
  • Assisting in post-meeting follow-up: Ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and track action items to completion.
  • Providing administrative support: Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and handle day-to-day secretarial duties for senior management.
  • Supporting financial tasks: Assist in financial administration, such as processing expense reports and maintaining budget records.
  • Building relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ad hoc duties: Undertake additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.skills & experiences required.
    • A Bachelor's degree or a High Diploma/Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is required.
    • Strong sense of responsibility: Display self-motivation and take ownership of tasks and projects.
    • Exceptional organizational skills: Pay attention to detail, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
    • Experience supporting executives: Previous relevant experience supporting senior executives is advantageous.
    • Proactive and independent: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and take initiative when required.
    • Proficiency in office software: Possess advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality documents and presentations.
    • Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English.
