Our client is a sizable firm recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation. They are currently seeking a Risk Director to lead their risk management efforts and drive strategic initiatives to mitigate potential challenges and enhance operational resilience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and prioritize risks
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks
  • Manage the ERM framework and monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management and the board of directors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated into business processes
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management
  • Lead the development of crisis management plans and response strategies
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 12 years of experience in risk management or related fields with experience in working with sizable corporateCertified Risk Manager (CRM) or other relevant certifications preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels
