Job Title: Senior Director of Risk Management

Prudential plc is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Risk Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead the development of the annual audit plan and ensure its alignment with our risk management strategy.
  • Manage a team of auditors and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality audit results.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and assess key risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal audit teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality audit results.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of auditors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Recognized audit or accountancy qualification, such as CIA, CISA, or CAMS.
