Our client is a leading beauty/spa treatment center. Situated in prime location in Hong Kong, the treatment center offers a haven of tranquillity and rejuvenation where customers can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in a world of indulgence. To cope with its expansion, they are looking for a Spa Manager to join and take lead in the body massage business.about the team.You will be managing a small team of masseurs who are permanent full time staff at the center. You are expected to collaborate with the Center Manager to ensure customer service delivery consistency. This is a 5-day work week role, but there might be occasions when you need to support the center outside of work hours, e.g VIC visit.

about the job.

• Train and supervisor masseurs, set performance expectations and conduct performance evaluations
• In charge of day to day operations including developing and implementing standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations,managing inventory and supplies
• Develop and maintain high service standards
• Proactively handle guest inquiries and concerns and resolve issues
• Oversee the selection and development of spa treatments and services, including but not limited to researching and introducing new treatments, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
• Provide on going training and professional development opportunities to masseursskills & experiences required.
  • 6+ years of supervisory experience in a reputable spa center, particularly with body massage services
  • Experienced working in hotel spa and/or different types of massage will have advantage
  • Fluency in Cantonese / Mandarin / English speaking is required, ability to speak two or more languages would be a plus
  • The successful candidate must have the right to work in Hong Kong (e.g HK permanent ID card, Dependent Visa)
  • Independent, self motivated and willing to go above and beyond
  • Candidates who are currently a team leader/supervisor will also be considered
