Our client, a leading brokerage firm, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager of IT Procurement to join their global technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing and procurement lifecycle for a wide range of IT categories. The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator with a strong understanding of technology and a proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end RFx processes and contract negotiations for IT categories. Develop business cases and present financial analysis to senior management. Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and performance reassessments. Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and smooth project execution. Prepare and present procurement analytics and vendor spend reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. A professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus. 5-8 years of technology procurement and vendor management experience. Proven experience in RFx management, contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Strong knowledge of IT categories (hardware, software, telecom, services). Understanding of financial regulations, contract law, and accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
