Your new company A reputable retail bank is hiring for a Complaint Handling Manager for their Banking Complaints Team Your new role As a contributor of the team, you will manage the end-to-end process of handling retail banking general complaints, written or verbal. Liaise with various departments and external parties to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive responses. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate records of all complaints and resolutions. Prepare reports and analyses on complaint trends and outcomes. Provide training and guidance to junior staff on complaint handling procedures. Identify areas for improvement in the complaint handling process and implement changes as needed What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in complaint handling, or a related role within the banking and financial services industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of integrity and professionalism.
