Our client, a reputable bank listed on HKEX, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Private Banking Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding the high-net-worth client base by leveraging the extensive network of the Bank. You will be responsible for end-to-end client management, from acquisition and onboarding to deepening relationships and driving revenue through the strategic cross-selling of the bank's premium products and services. Job Responsibilities: Acquire new clients by collaborating with Head Office and other branches to develop high-quality new customer relationships, maintain existing client relationships, and enhance client satisfaction. Conduct client due diligence for account opening and prepare client reports. Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned clients to secure deposits and get insurance deals referrals. Handle daily client transactions, such as processing fixed deposits, remittances, and transfers. Drive the sales of products/services to achieve individual and team performance targets. Collect client needs and feedback, and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues. Conduct annual reviews for assigned clients as required. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in private banking sales, client relationship management, or related roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Keen market awareness and client sensitivity, with the ability to proactively identify potential clients. Goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, responsible, and a strong team player. Willingness to undertake a certain amount of business travel.
