Capital & Fundraising Develop and execute a tiered fundraising strategy: •Senior tranche: Private banking/insurance capital •Mezzanine tranche: Family offices •Junior tranche: Proprietary co-investment + employee co-investment 3. Assets & Transaction Structuring Lead the sourcing, valuation, and acquisition of consumer credit assets (credit card receivables, consumer installment loans) and SME assets (invoice financing, POS loans, supply chain receivables). Establish an integrated "origination-to-investment" pipeline. Lead the team in conducting asset due diligence, cash flow modeling, and credit story development, while personally participating in pricing roadshows. 4. Risk & Compliance Build a "three-eye" risk control framework: •Credit eye: AI behavioral scoring + credit bureau integration •Market eye: ABS spread early warning system •Compliance eye: Real-time fund flow tracking Submit regular traffic-light reports (red-yellow-green) to the Board of Directors, triggering mandatory repurchase or hedging for non-compliant asset pools. 5. Client & Channel Development Expand relationships with both asset originators and investors. Secure access to high-quality assets and lock in exclusive asset supply. Qualifications •Simultaneously hold Hong Kong SFC Type 1, 4, and 9 RO licenses, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a "full Type 9" asset management RO (managing AUM ≥ HKD 1 billion) •8+ years of experience in consumer credit or SME asset investment/underwriting, with full leadership of ≥2 ABS issuances •Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, capable of drafting PPMs and Prospectuses in both languages and conducting roadshows for overseas funds •Possess ready-to-deploy capital connections: immediate access to family office/insurance/private banking capital ≥ HKD 300 million •Master's degree or above in Mathematics, Finance, or Law; hold at least two of the following: CFA, FRM, CPA. Capable of independently building financial models, reviewing legal agreements, and negotiating deal terms. •Clean regulatory record, having passed SFC Fit and Proper assessment
