We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic senior level of Strategic Investments to join our client's team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the investment strategy of the company and driving the end-to-end execution of investment deals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading complex investments from sourcing to exit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Investment Strategy & Execution: Assist management in formulating and executing the company's investment strategy, including market analysis, target selection, investment decision-making, and risk management. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market opportunities, and potential investment targets, providing strategic recommendations to the company and senior management. 2. Deal Lifecycle Management: Lead and manage the entire investment project lifecycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction negotiation, contract execution, post-investment management, and exit strategy development. 3. Investor & Partner Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, venture capital funds, and private equity funds. Organize roadshows, investor meetings, and negotiations to ensure the smooth progression of projects. 4. Portfolio Management & Value Creation: Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, producing regular analysis reports. Identify corporate risks and formulate mitigation strategies. Drive post-investment business empowerment to enhance the value of portfolio companies. Develop and execute exit plans to safeguard investment returns. 5. Compliance, Risk & Industry Insight: Ensure compliance with domestic and international economic policies and industry regulations; design compliant transaction structures to mitigate legal and financial risks. Conduct post-investment management, including business integration, risk assessment, asset disposal, and exit planning to ensure long-term project value. Track global and regional market dynamics, analyzing market size, growth drivers, and emerging business models to provide forward-looking recommendations for the company's strategic layout. Qualifications / Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a renowned domestic or international university; overseas educational background is preferred. 2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a large investment bank, accounting firm, renowned investment institution (PE/VC), or consulting firm. 3. Proven experience in leading end-to-end investment deals is highly preferred; full lifecycle experience (investment, management, exit) is a strong advantage. 4. Excellent strategic and logical thinking abilities, strong communication and coordination skills, and solid financial analysis and valuation modeling capabilities. 5. Professional certifications such as CPA/CFA are preferred. 6. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Cantonese language skills are a plus.
