Group Finance Director

Oversees full spectrum of Financial and Accounting functions across all Operations of the Group. Provides strategic advice to the Group management on financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services; preparing growth plans; coordinating and managing commercial deals. Be the integral resource of financial information for Operation Management and Group Management. Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives aligned with organizational objectives. Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, and quality; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion. Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and identifying monetary resources; developing action plans. Takes responsibility (either directly or via staff) for all cash management. Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances. Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community. Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and implement improvements. Updates job knowledge by staying informed about new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and joining professional organizations. Accomplishes finance and organization mission by delivering related results as needed. Education, Qualification and Experience: Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or Finance with CPA or same level international qualifications 15 years at a management position with strong business acumen Solid experience on costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis Ample experience on dealing with local authorities; Familiar with local authority policies and regulations, experienced in dealing with both internal and external auditors Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin Leadership and Behavioral Competencies: Ability to interact with and influence diverse groups of people from executive level to junior members of business Of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment; a proactive, hands‑on strategic thinker who will own the responsibilities High sense of ownership, accountability and confidentiality.
