We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President , Client Onboarding Senior Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Client Onboarding Sr Analyst - C12) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you're expected to: Responsible for Private Bank Client onboarding operations related activities covering: Account opening, Account maintenance and Credit related documentation review in accordance to internal guidelines & procedures Responsible to lead multiple Private Bank Client onboarding related projects to drive digitization and automation initiatives through cutting-edge technologies Responsible to support the planning and implementation of projects by performing data collection and analysis. Identify opportunities to eliminate process gaps that causes data quality issues and establish a robust process to ensure data accuracy. Evaluate and determine new requirements/process changes through impact analysis to ensure a sustainable and long term process workflow. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plan, status, meeting minutes etc. Ability to perform change management including liaise with multiple stakeholders across regions, document changes, perform reviews and identify process improvements, system enhancements, provides training, stakeholder updates. Ensure close monitoring of project deliverables in order to meet the overall timelines and deliver results. Participate in UAT testing for system related enhancement and ensure smooth production implementation. Drive data remediation exercises to enhance system data quality for accurate and timely regulatory reporting. Provides innovative solutions to internal teams & clients. Ensures a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls. Establishes risk management practice. Maintains a culture of risk and controls in the team through various processes and check points. Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills. Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of targets. Ability to operate with limited level of direct supervision. As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Client Onboarding operations and Project Management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in data analysis. Excel Macro/VBA skill is highly recommended. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners across the different regions. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates superior Project management skill and analytical skills to ensure effective solutioning. Ability to multi-task and handle various on-going deliverables concurrently. Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising on controls and risk parameters established. Able to strive under pressure and covert opportunity from risk. Open to working staggered hour /shift / over weekend and on public holidays. Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken) is required.
