The Role ED/MD, Origination and Execution, IBD Key Accountabilities Proactively develop and maintain relationships with bond issuer clients, including but not limited to those in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and other international markets; Manage the entire process for primary market bond issuances, including marketing, origination, roadshows, execution, and pricing; Provide support for the team's daily operational activities; Contribute to the development of innovative financial products; Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members; Such other tasks assigned by team leader from time to time. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree or above; Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets / Origination, candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage; Strong client acquisition capabilities and an existing client network/portfolio; Proven track record in executing transactions across various debt products; Experience covering foreign clients and deal pipeline with such clients is a strong advantage; Excellent team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
