About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to our success. You will be responsible for providing sales support and contract administration to a dedicated team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Contract Management: Manage new and renewal contracts, ensuring timely preparation, execution, and record retention.
  • Compliance and Validation: Review contracts, validate CRM data, and ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to a group of Operations Analysts, including processing sales orders, managing changes/adjustments, and reporting on product usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or legal (paralegal) preferred, with relevant experience in operations or paralegal within finance or sales industries.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English and Japanese verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to work with Japanese speaking clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and familiarity with Microsoft Access or databases is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
