Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, working with functions like Risk, Compliance, Execution Services, and Operations.
- Document business requirements in Confluence and technical specifications in JIRA.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to ensure requirements and solutions are comprehensive.
- Establish and enforce project governance, ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of strategic architecture and assist portfolio managers with data consumption.
- Participate in initiatives spanning execution services, post-trade processes, and reference data.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Technology, Electronic Trading, Risk, and/or Compliance, preferably at an investment bank or hedge fund.
- Hands-on expertise in business analysis and delivering projects across the SDLC.
- Deep understanding of Asian markets, including exchange rules and workflows. Experience with inventory optimization or treasury/margin management is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL and other database tools.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with development teams, users, and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with development methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
