They will also provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on ERP system configuration, customization, and optimization.

About the Role:
The Business Analyst for ERP Systems will be responsible for:* Analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvement* Developing and implementing changes to our ERP system* Providing expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on ERP system configuration, customization, and optimization* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing processes* Carrying out other ad-hoc duties related to ERP systems

Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline* Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial reporting, business analysis, or finance system enhancement/implementation* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word* Knowledge in Data Analysis or PowerBI is an advantage* Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Benefits:
This is a two-year renewable contract position, subject to renewal based on business needs. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for a lower-grade position.
