About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Balenciaga Asia Pacific. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily and monthly sales targets are met by utilizing appropriate sales techniques
  • Act as a host for customers, interact, and build strong customer relationships
  • Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide professional customer service
  • Replenish stock, maintain high standards of merchandise presentation, and control products from a quality perspective
  • Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, grooming, and appearance of all areas respecting visual merchandising standards
  • Support all store processes compliance and follow-up

About You

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably with related experience. You should have a strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, as well as good PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools.
