The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) is seeking a highly skilled professional to support the Brand Marketing Team in building a strong international and local brand. The appointee will play a key role in managing the University's brand image and driving holistic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to reach target audiences and achieve the University's objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand-building campaigns and events, conduct research, and develop marketing materials;
  • Develop and manage University guidelines to ensure brand consistency;
  • Lead creative marketing development and produce multimedia content;
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices;
  • Manage the Team budget and adapt to emerging requirements.

Requirements:

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, or related disciplines, with 8-10 years of experience in developing original ideas and executing brand campaigns. They should be effective communicators with excellent command of English and Chinese, sound IT skills, strong analytical skills, and a creative mindset. The appointee should be reliable, well-organized, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
